I have some exciting news for all you music enthusiasts out there. I wanted to share an update on my upcoming venture. I am thrilled to announce that I will be starting a new chapter in the next six months.

After enjoying the privilege of working in a studio designed by Jesper Borgen, I have decided to construct my very own creative sanctuary. It has been an incredible experience working in a space with excellent acoustics and top-notch speakers, allowing me to consistently produce flawless mixes. However, it's time for a change, and I couldn't resist the temptation any longer.
I recently found a room that holds immense potential and aligns perfectly with my sonic vision. I am super excited about building my own studio. There are countless gear choices to make and numerous practical tasks to complete, but the prospect is exhilarating.

Undoubtedly, the construction of the studio will affect my availability in the coming months. Yet, starting from September 1st, I will do everything I can to prioritize my work with artists. My new studio will combine state-of-the-art technology with an unwavering dedication to the art of mixing. It represents my relentless pursuit of sonic perfection. As I embark on this new journey of blogging, I thought it would be fitting to introduce myself and share the reasons behind my passion for mixing and music production.

From a very young age, I found myself immersed in the world of music. Together with my brothers and father, I started playing and practicing various instruments. Among them, the piano and drums captivated my heart, becoming my absolute favorites. By the time I reached the end of middle school, I had made up my mind to pursue a path focused on the art of music and dance.

At Mellerup Boarding School, I had the opportunity to meet incredible individuals who instilled in me a profound belief that music and audio engineering were the true essence of joy. The passion and dedication of those around me convinced me that delving into the music industry was the best decision I could make.

In pursuit of honing my skills, I moved from Denmark to Norway to attend LIMPI - a prestigious school specializing in songwriting and music production. At LIMPI, I acquired a plethora of invaluable abilities, particularly in collaborating effectively within the music industry. The foremost skill I cultivated was the art of completing songs, extracting the essence of what truly matters by the end of the creative process.

As I continued my journey, I found myself frequently finishing songs, leading me to naturally delve into the art of mixing. It wasn't long before others began taking notice of my unique approach to the craft. Their interest and appreciation motivated me to explore the realm of professional mix engineering.

Now, it has been seven fulfilling months since I took my first step as a professional mix engineer in the Norwegian music market. I can sincerely say that I fall in love with this profession more and more each passing day. Witnessing my clients achieve greater and greater success with their releases fills me with immense gratitude for having the opportunity to pursue what I love most.
